Sarathi Youth Foundation (SYF) is a registered Non-Profit organization established in 2010 under the Societies Registration Act and the Bombay Public Trusts Act. Our mission is to empower young people, fostering their growth into independent, responsible, and productive individuals. Founded by social work professionals, SYF is dedicated to the holistic development of youth.

Sarathi Youth Foundation
At Sarathi Youth
Foundation, we are dedicated to creating a healthier, empowered
society by addressing critical social issues and fostering self-reliance. Our Tobacco
Deaddiction Program helps individuals break free from addiction,
promoting healthier lifestyles. Through the Prerna Project, we
raise awareness about HIV/AIDS, human sexuality, and the importance of reducing
stigma, fostering understanding and inclusivity.
We also focus on skill
development to empower individuals with practical tools for sustainable
livelihoods. Our Sewing Machine Training equips women and
youth with tailoring skills, while our 3 & 4-Wheeler Driving
Training opens doors to employment opportunities in the transport
sector.
At Sarathi Youth Foundation, we believe in the power of education, empowerment, and support to transform lives and build a brighter, more resilient future. Together, we can create meaningful change and inspire hope in countless communities.

पूर्वी मी कधी कोणाशी बोलत नव्हते, कोणासोबत मिळून मिसळून राहत नव्हते. कारण ह्या सर्व गोष्टी करताना मला खूप भीती वाटत होती. मी स्वयंसेवक झाल्यामुळे मला खूप सार्‍या संधी भेटत गेल्या. माझ्या मनामध्ये असलेली भीती घालवण्यासाठी मदत झाली. माझा स्वतःमधील आत्मविश्वास वाढला आहे. मी आता आत्मविश्वासाने इतर लोकांच्या समोर स्वतःचे म्हणने मांडु शिकत आहे. मला स्वयंसेवक म्हणून संधी भेटत गेली ती संधी इतरांनाही मिळावी यासाठी प्रयत्न करत आहे. मी जशी बदलली आहे तसं इतरांना बदलवण्याचा प्रयत्न करणार आहे.
The MoU with Sarathi Youth Foundation is an excellent community service opportunity for the Volunteers of the National Service Scheme and the College. Due to the many programs conducted by Sarathi Youth Foundation with the college regarding tobacco de-addiction, awareness has been created among the students and society regarding tobacco de-addiction.
मी पूर्वी विडी वळण्याचे काम करत होते. यामुळे मी सतत आजारी पडत होते. विडी वळण्याशिवाय मला दूसरे कोणतेही काम जमत नव्हते. सारथी कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण केंद्र येथे शिवणकाम प्रशिक्षण घेऊन सध्या मी विडी वळण्याचे काम सोडून गारमेंटमध्ये कामाला जाते आणि घरीही शिलाईचे काम करते. सारथीमुळे मला रोजगाराचा पर्याय मिळाला.
In our residential area one oral checking camp was organised by Sarathi Youth Foundation. I took benefit of the same,as I was facing some problem in my mouth, suspected pre cancer stage. In the camp I was rightly caught with the early signs of Cancer as I was tobacco addicted since long. It was a shocking experience when Doctor told me regarding my cancer. Unfortunately I was victim of oral Cancer. Now I am taking Chemotherapy and radiations. I could know very earlier about my oral cancer stage in due to this camp organized by Sarathi Youth Foundation.
वडील नसल्याने घर चालवयाची पूर्ण जबाबदारी आईवर आहे. यामध्ये माझ्या शिक्षणाचा
खर्च आईला झेपवत नव्हता तरीदेखील मी शिकावं हे आईची खूप मनापासूनची इच्छा असल्याने
ती मला अडचणीमध्ये सुद्धा शिकवायचा प्रयत्न करते. घरापासून कॉलेज खूप लांब होते रिक्षाने
किंवा बसने प्रवास करणे आर्थिकदृष्टा परवडत नव्हते. अशावेळी सारथी युथ फाउंडेशन
कडून मला सायकल उपलब्द करून देण्यात आली. त्यामुळे माझा कॉलेजला जायचा नियमित प्रवास
सुरु झाला. अभ्यास चांगला करता येऊ शकला आणि यामुळे यावर्षी मला बीए प्रथम वर्षामध्ये

मार्क्स मिळाले आहेत हे सर्व सायकल मिळाल्यामुळे शक्य झालं.
