Along with the project, Sarathi also carries out many socially useful activities. Activities are implemented as per the requirements of the time. Many of these activities are carried out on a regular basis over the years. For this, the cooperation of individuals from different walks of life is sought. The activities are as follows…
01. Diwali with the Deprived :
This initiative has been going on since before the establishment of Sarathi which has completed 12 years. Due to difficulties in some families, Diwali is not celebrated, such as leprosy colony, needy sitting in front of the temple, sugarcane workers. SYF prepares Diwali Faral for such families and gives it to the deprived family. This faral is distributed to 200 to 250 families every year.
02. Disaster Relief :
Assistance in the form of clothing, food, medical aid and utensils was sent to the victims of natural calamities in Kashmir, Kerala, Sangli and Kolhapur.
